“A Floral Symphony — Gardens Take Note” is the theme of the 2012 show, with top garden creators adopting musical elements and themes from many musical periods into their spectacular full-scale gardens.
The Show is renowned for offering the largest roster of free horticulture Seminars of any garden show in the world. Whether you are a new gardener in need of sensible advice, or a seasoned pro, you’ll find scores of inspiring seminars and hands-on demonstrations filled with valuable education and entertainment. Dig in and learn how to solve your landscaping problems and create livable outdoor spaces and luscious edible gardens for year-round enjoyment. With a big line-up of spectacular display gardens, internationally-known speakers, over 300 exhibitors and activities for the entire family at the Washington State Convention Center. Ticket prices for general admission range from $5 Youth ticket (ages 12 -17), children under 12 are FREE.

Team up with Swansons to "Design A Show Garden"Sponsors for Design A Garden

Now YOU can design a show garden, for the 2012 Northwest Flower & Garden Show. The garden show has teamed up with Swansons Nursery, and designer Lloyd Glasscock, owner of Looking Glass Design, for this fun new feature at the 2012 show. A show garden design theme and elements will be chosen based on website readers’ votes!
 
Over the past four months, the Garden Show readers and ours have voted, and the winners are listed below. All of the winning votes will be integrated into the show garden design by Lloyd and Swansons Nursery, working with Cyle Eldred, the Garden Show Designer. See your final creation February 8 – 12, 2012 at the 2011 Northwest Flower & Garden Show, as “A Floral Symphony” is presented.
