E.B. Stone Organic Soils and Conditioners

E.B. Stone is a family owned business started in 1916. E.B. Stone created a fertilizer that made his fruit crops the talk of other San Jose CA farmers. In time, he created superb fertilizers as well as soil conditioners, for flowers, fruit trees and plant material of many varieties. When he retired in 1979, he sold his family business to the Crandall's, another family dedicated to creating the best fertilizer and amendments.

Through the years, horticulturists at E.B. Stone perfected some of those original formulas. The result is a new generation of 21st century fertilizers, soils for indoor use, all natural pest controls and soil amendments for the garden and landscape. The addition of mycorrhizae and beneficial soil microbes better insure that our customers have the greatest success when gardening.

EB Stone Edna's Best Potting Soil Edna's Best Potting Soil
E. B. Stone Edna's Best Potting Soil is ideal for both indoor and outdoor container plantings, and in raised beds. Edna's Best contains mycorrhizal fungi which are beneficial organisms that colonize the roots of most plants and become a natural extension of the root system.
Contains:Composted Fir Bark, Sphagnum Peat Moss, Redwood Compost, Mushroom Compost, Volcanic Pumice, Earthworm Castings, Washed Sand, Kelp Meal, Bat Guano, Feather Meal, Gypsum and Mycorrhizae.Oyster Shell Lime and Dolomite Lime are added as pH adjusters. A natural wetting agent, Yucca shidegera saponin, has been added to help remoisten the product.

Gardner and Bloome Soil Building Compost Planting Compost
E. B. Stone Planting Compost is a genuine compost. This special blend of long-lasting ingredients were combined to make this an all-purpose outdoor planting mix. This Planting Compost is blended for use in all soil types and for all types of outdoor gardening. Contains Composted Wood Shavings, Redwood Compost, Composted Chicken Manure, Mushroom Compost, Fir Bark, Bat Guano, Kelp Meal and Alfalfa Meal.
Helps break up clay soils, improves drainage, promotes healthy root growth and adds valuable micro-nutrients to the soil.
Suitable for:
•Vegetables, Flowers and Shrubs • Seed top-dressing for new or existing lawns

Gardner and Bloome Soil Building Compost Super Earthworm Castings
A natural organic soil conditioner. It helps loosen hard soils, improve soil aeration and conserve water. An excellent addition to native soils to help flowers, vegetables, trees, shrubs and lawns grow and flourish.
Promotes healthy root growth and adds humus and valuable micro-nutrients to the soil.

• Top-dressing for new or existing lawns
