Cultivating Comfort: Spring Yoga for Gardeners

Spring is the season when nature blossoms anew.  The promise of summer propels us into our gardens to remove weeds and dead growth as well as till the soil and start seedlings. Join yoga instructor, Laura Harkewicz for a spring yoga workshop that prepares your body to do the work of preparing your garden.  These poses will reach out and spiral down mimicking both the work you do in the garden and the plants that appear as the long days of light return. 

All levels and bodies welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and blanket
