Lagerstroemia 'Red Magic'
Bram's Pick: Lagerstroemia ‘Red magic’
This is a great plant for late summer into fall. Deep fuchsia flowers with yellow stamens contrast the dark leaves. Ideal for a parking strip with lots of sunlight where it will flower with abundance and will give you quite a show of red and yellow foliage in the fall. This plant also has a winter interest with peeling exfoliating bark. You should see it at night with up-lighting!

Abelia x grandiflora ‘Kaleidoscope’
Low mounding evergreen that grows to 2'-3’. Yellow and green variegated foliage contrasts well with red in the garden.
Echinacea ‘Sombrero Sandy Yellow'
Typical yellow flower that is striking when mass planted around lagerstroemia. Other colors also available in the 'Sombrero' series.
Nandina domestica ‘Moon bay’
2'-3’ evergreen with a rounded habit and fireworks of color. Lacy foliage resembles bamboo leaves.
Hypericum inodorum ‘Kolmapuki’
3'-4' upright rounded habit with bright yellow flowers and orange berries for contrast.
