Our mild fall weather gives gardeners a great opportunity to extend the harvest and plant a fall veggie garden. Join earth-friendly farmer, Cyndi Stuart, for an All-You-Need-To-Know workshop about getting started on the path to growing your own food. With more than 20 years of experience in both small and large-scale farming, Cyndi can help you work with Mother Nature so she doesn't work against you (and maybe trick her just a bit!) She will discuss buying and sowing seeds, planting starts, soils, and fertilizers to get the most of the fall bounty. She will also discuss plants that will stay in the ground for a late winter/early spring harvest.
